What time is check-in?
Check-in typically begins at 4:00 PM unless otherwise specified in your reservations details. Early check-in may be available upon request depending on if the home has a checkout the day of your check-in.
How will I access the property?
Our homes are equipped with smart locks to allow for remote entry to the home.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, clean linens, bath towels, and basic essentials are provided for every stay.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and do require a pet fee.
Who do I contact if I have questions before my arrival?
Alyssa 210-440-0686 and Susan 210-415-2861 will be available prior as well as during your stay to assist with any questions or concerns.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations, Refunds & Unexpected Events
Refunds follow the policy selected at booking (minus any non-refundable processing fees). We process within 14 days. Weather, power issues, or other surprises beyond our control aren’t eligible for refunds, but we strongly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind—check our partners at https://rivercityhosting.rentalguardian.com.
